The fall season is upon us. This is my absolute favorite time of the year! I love everything about fall. The cooler weather, the leggings (although I admittedly wear these year-round — #momlife), boots, winter squash, and of course pumpkin spice everything.
The bummer is that so much of the pumpkin spice food and drinks are uber processed and filled with sugar. BOO.
That’s where this beautiful recipe comes in. This is a delicious option to satisfy that pumpkin spice craving without feeling gross – or hopped up on sugar afterward. And mamas who are avoiding coffee, I’ve got your back, because you can simply swap out the coffee for tea! #winning
Recipe: Pumpkin Spice Latte
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 1 ½ tsp pumpkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp pumpkin puree
- ½ tsp maple syrup (optional)
- 1 cup coffee (decaf if preferred)
- Add all ingredients to blender and blend until creamy.
- Serve & enjoy!
Tip: You can use tea instead of coffee if you prefer.
